I bought MBP about ten years ago and have been using it ever since. Just changed computers, downloaded program but have lost my license number so program bombs out after trial period. Do you have a fix? My health software do not respond.

The only fix is to obtain or remember the licence number to activate the application and the only ones that are able to do that are actually the developers. You should insist on contacting them, because this is the official way you'll be getting a new licence to activate the application on your PC.

When contacting them, make sure to add "My Blood Pressure Registration INFO" in the subject so they can see it among all the spam.
